Clean, decent, noisy, and seriously overpriced.

We were pleasantly surprised at this park. We moved to this park without a reservation, to get away from the park from hell. (See other review) Even though it is within the metro Denver area, it felt as though we were secluded and out of town. It's located on the banks of a creek, with bike paths connecting to various lakes, and next to a lovely city park. Great things for kids to do, playground, fishing, hiking, and still close to shopping, and easy access into downtown Denver. If you want to visit downtown, THIS is the place to stay.

I cannot believe this place. We reserved it because it is billed as the only RV Park in the city of Denver. We wanted to be close to downtown, so visit the mint, and museums. Although the park itself is reasonably clean, the neighborhood is horrible. I felt like I was staying in an inner city ghetto. Its on a major street, sirens constantly all night, and hookers walking the park! They actually knocked on our door and offered, well, you can figure that out! We didn't have a car, and when we walked a few blocks to a liquor store, we were approached by someone offering to sell us marijuana, and by a beggar. We had breakfast one morning at a nearby restaurant, where we met a local cop. From her, I learned that the owner of the RV Park also owns the run down, seedy motels and trailer houses surrounding it, and is uncooperative with law enforcement. Her comment was, "Why in the world is someone like you, staying at that dump?" Absolutely avoid this place at all costs.
